Favorite Way To Start The Day
My favorite way to start the day. I used to enjoy letting the alarm go off and just stare at the ceiling. My current start to the day involves a trip to the gym to lift weights and Di cardio (either elliptical or a run). Then home for a nice 20 ounces if coffee and breakfast.
