We need the RAINmakers not the people trying to send up smoke signals and hoping it will rain.
RAINmakers think differently than the average producer. Awaken each day with this thought: “Someone somewhere in (your city) is going to Refinance or buy a home in the next 90 days. TODAY, my job is to FIND THAT PERSON.” How are you going to find that person today? Referral script? Advertising call? Internet lead/drip campaign, or by Networking?
If you work 200 days per year and find a person per day, that’s a good start to being a RAINmaker. Take that statement, type it up, enlarge- the font, and put it on desks, master bedroom mirrors, office bathroom mirrors, and in frames. With this single-sighted mindset, you will become a RAINmaker
“The ‘Great’ Phrase that Pays”
(Lead the conversation down the road where you can compliment them by saying how great they are, for example: “Well, it sounds like you are really pleased with our services. I’ll tell you the truth though. The transaction went well because you made it easy. YOU made it great. And you know what?…”)
(Get your pencils ready, this single phrase can make you a millionaire, a master sales person, whatever you want to become…)
“Something I have found in my business is that great people tend to know great people, so with that in mind, out of ALL the people you know, who is the NEXT person you know who will be refinancing or buying?”
(Silence, silence, silence… speak and you lose!)
Mastering this one question could make you lots of money, lots of friends, and a lot happier. You want to work with referred clients. They like you, trust you, respect you. They don’t shop you. They work with you on your terms and at your times. Master this question!

Drive = What are you DOING? What is your purpose? What is your passion?
